Super customer service
Having spent most of my past working in retail/direct customer wholesale I know most people only get vocal about problems. But I tend to be the other way..I had a set of older Tim Holtz clear stamps. While working on the thank-you cards for my mother's funeral, and the first time I had used these stamps (which were kept in their original package) one of the stamps tore while taking it off the stamp block. I contacted Tim Holtz through his web site. He referred it to the stamp company that handles these type of issues. The only thing they needed was a photo of the defective stamp set so they could send the correct one at no charge. I received them in the mail today..no hassles, no drama just amazing customer service....
