I read someone else that SU has these on back order but I placed my SU order about 2 weeks ago on a Friday and had my order on Thursday the next week and my Top Note Bigz was in my box!!!! My Real Red paper was back ordered??? I would check with the company or your consultant.
I called SU about the Top Note die this morning . . . they're waiting on a shipment to arrive Friday (hopefully) but most likely Monday. So keep your fingers crossed that they'll start shipping them out next week.
My demo called SU and they told her "Due to online store regulations, they have to deactivate items in the online store until they are back in stock. The item is on backorder and can still be ordered through me with a direct order."
So she placed an order for me. I kept telling myself I didn't need so I kept putting off buying it. Now that I had decided to purchase it and couldn't, I got myself in a panic about it.
Back order update as of yesterday says that they will begin shipping the week of December 1 and a second shipment the week of December 8 should catch up all back orders and future orders. Hope that helps.
