question about silhouette error
Hi all, It's been a long time since i've been in the forums (life just gets busy) but i'm needing some help. I've had a silhouette for a while but it doesn't get used as much as it should so i'm not a pro at using it. I bought a bunch of images on Monday from the silhouette store and tired to open one last night. When i try to open it it says " the file type you are attempting to access is not supported". I bought it through the store so shouldn't it be the right type of file. I used others that i purchased at the same time and don't get this error. The shape i'm trying to open is an easter egg shape card by Daniela Angelova, if that should matter. Any ideas? I've tried googling the error and the only thing i can find is that maybe it is an SVG file but i don't know where my library is stored in order to find the file to see. I am also using the Designer edition of the silhouette software but have not done the recent upgrade.
I really want to get this card made tonight but of course i have to run into trouble! I'm hoping someone out there knows what i need to do.
