One stop shopping(not website) but just an expression?
Does anyone ever get as tired as I do trying to find one place that you can find everything you are looking for so that you don't have to pay so much shipping? Anyone know of a website that sells o-wires and marvy punches? I needed coasters so got those and paid $12 for shipping. Needed ATG tape so got those and paid $5.95 shipping. I know I have enough of those items to last me a long, long time but this shipping is killing me. Sorry for the vent.
I am so glad I can go to my local LSS and if they don't have it they will order anything I want as long as their supplier carries it. I don't have to pay shipping. They call me when it is in and I go pick it up. The only stuff I buy online are stamps that I can't get from the LSS. Like Gina K. I love her stamps. Her minimum for free shipping is only $35. I usually end up throwing some other stuff in the cart and my order is always over $35. So no shipping fee.

I feel your pain. I wish there was a store that carries everything! And me being in Hawaii, shipping is always higher and some places won't even ship here!
Well, I found the o-wires & the marvy punch at More Than Ink. Anyone know if this is a reliable place to shop and what their shipping time is like?
Yes, More Than Ink is a reliable seller. I have bought from that store a couple times and been very happy with the service. The owner is very nice and I have never had any troubles with shipping from them. I don't remember the exact shipping time on my orders but it was not very long at all...around the usual 5-7 business days I would say.
I don't like paying shipping and having to wait so long for some stuff to arrive so a few years ago I went cold turkey on websites, catalogs and QVC. I order only SU (from me) and CTMH and CM from close friends so I get great deals. For a while catalogs would come and I would mark what I want and feel badly about not getting everything. Now when catalogs come they go directly to the recycle bin unopened and on-line shopping is just browsing.

I'm with you Melissa, I try my LSS first and depending on the wait time usually order from them (having been a businessperson I like to support the local guys....especially in this economy!!). There is very little that I order out for.
I agree... the shipping is to much. Take for example... Spellbinders dies... They don't make the package in cd cases form...They made the new packaging in plastic, They said it would be cheaper to ship them the way they are now. Then someone please tell me why it cost $5.95 or better to ship one set of nesties in the mail?
Does anyone use "Actual Postage" anymore. It reminds me of those commercials on tv...The postage is worth more than the item they are selling on tv...

More than ink is the online store for Stamp On In.....in Chicago. The owners are fabulous. As I am in Chicago I have not ordered but I do frequent the store. Love them!!!
I don't know if it has everything you need but I always look at www.franticstamper.com Fran has a HUGE inventory with lots of variety. She is really nice and has great customer service.

I totally agree with you.....shipping is killin me! I shop at several different places for the same and it does get frustrating.
I do not know about the specific products you are looking for, but have you ever tried addicted to rubberstamps or addicted to scrapbooking? They have tons of stuff.
Unfortunately for too many of us shopping at the nearest LSS would cost more in gas than shipping fees do. For me, a "lss" would be 1-2 hours driving time- each way! Unless I can get it at Michaels or ACMoore, I have to buy online.

Guess I will count myself very lucky to live in a large city and have an LSS <10 min., Hobby Lobby <2miles and be within 20 minutes from 2 Michael's. I feel for those of you who have to pay so much shipping ;-(

I am with you there. I have the same problem, we don't have an AC Moore close by, and our M doesn't carry much in the way of scrapbooking, rubber stamping.
And with the economy the way it is we are cutting way back. I am scared to death of where our nation is going as far as jobs are concerned. I live in Oklahoma and the last time we had a recession it affected more oilfield than anything. This time it is affecting everyone. I work for DHS helping people get foodstamps, medical, daycare etc. I have people who have a good jobs for years coming in & applying bc they have been laid off. It is very sad and I guess bc I see it every day I am trying my best to make due w/ what I have.
