need some information

Hi all, i was wondering if anyone has ordered from an online store called "Craftonline" in Queensland, Australia?

i have never ordered online before and am a bit nevous about giving money to people i've never met..

I ordered from them a couple of weeks ago - no problems - got exactly what I ordered, and at really good prices. I will order from them again. I am in WA, and the delivery time was fine. I also emailed them previously about another product that was out os stock and got a really quick reply.

I've also ordered from them several times without any problem. If they are out of stock of something when they go to process your order I've found they are very quick to provide me with a refund.

I'm not sure if I should thank you or curse you, LOL!!!! This website is new to me and I just had a quick peek.....I'm in trouble! The wee bit I've looked at, the prices are good. Thanks to the others for your input about ordering. I'm off to do some shopping!

Hi Dotty,
sorry for getting you in trouble..LOL..I've only just found them myself when i was looking for a silhouette portrait and the price was great.. i live in WA so we are a little bit limited as to craft shopping.. a lot of shops have closed recently so i'm made up to find this website..
