Sounds like you have a dud and need to contact your seller. Mine is truly just a plug and play machine. If you've checked your outlet, cord, connection, and hit the power button in front, your machine should work.

Hope you can get it replaced soon!

My cricut has a wonky on/off button, if I don't hit it "just right"...no power... I've learned to wiggle it around a little...maybe worth a try...

Default Thanks

Well, no luck. But THANK YOU SO MUCH for your ideas! I emailed customer service last night. They took me through a reset process, but it didn't work. Since I no longer have my receipt, I will have to pay $50 + S&H to have them fix it..... Won't get my stuff done for Sunday obviously! I am perplexed as to what the heck happened! Ugh.

But thank you all again.

Default Fix

My cricut also stopped working not long after I purchased it. Luckily I had my receipt and was able to get a replacement through the company. So, to all cricut owners, hope you kept your receipt!
