Default Liquid glass

where do you get liquid glass? I saw it used on someones card, they used it to make the ice look wet. Sorry I can't remember who it was.

Thanks!

Tammy

I've never heard of liquid glass. I would just use Crystal Effects.

I use Aleen's Paper Glaze for this effect. I get it at Joann's for under $4.

You can get liquid glass from your CTMH consultant.

I love liquid glass! I use it around the house, even - it can bond to some plastics pretty well, so it's useful for the occasional repair.
