I had a problem with the new e-bosser, phoned both customer service and the tech help depts. this morning at 11:15 (NYC time) and the automated answer said to leave a message, which I did--at both departments. It is now evening and I have not heard back from them. Lousy customer service. I will not be buying any more of their products (Craftwell electric cutting machine.)

Craftwell is a good sized company with a very nice website. I've never had a problem with their product. Before I labeled them as lousy customer service after just one dayI would give them more time to respond. Perhaps they were closed due to a death within the co. Perhaps they were having a phone system problem or even installing a new system. Contact the tech and customer service depts. by email as a backup measure. Contact Us | Craftwell

Thanks, Kathlyn. The non-response to my phone call was the first time ever that a company has not answered back in 24 hours. I am very disappointed and frustrated with them. It's good to see your opinion though.

they replied to my email in 24 hours so I'm satisfied with customer service.
