Default didn't get the cricut... now look!

Last year in January, I started to wonder what this cricut thing was all about... I was a scrapper at heart, and thought I really wanted one. I researched all of the die cut machines, and decided to forgo buying one for now... My husband reminded me that I am a college student now (again) and need to think like one. He told me that I don't NEED everything ( and it was $400!)...so I didn't get it, but I happened across a demo of the CB in the LSS. Well, I fell in love, and decided to use the embossing folders in my old red sizzix. You know, because I don't NEED everything... (see where this is going?).
Well, nine months later, and my $400 saved (wow, that seemed like SO much then!) has turned from scrapbooking, when everything fit into my crop in style XXL, into a whole new hobby that necessitated a whole wall of my laundry room filled with supplies of every size, shape, and color.... hmmm... not sure I saved any money (but I sure had fun!).
Little did he know. ha!

Yeah and we are not going to tell him anything different. We are sticking to saving that $400. ;) LOL

My DH has remarked from time to time that he wonders if we have enough insurance coverage for all my "stuff" and then asks if I've inventoried it.

Ha! I have told him "Sure we have enough for my supplies - I just hope the rest of you have enough contents coverage for your belongings."

Double ha!

p.s. I work in the insurance industry.
