Smile Cuttlebug and rub-ons

I avoided rub-ons for a long time because no matter what tool I used, I ended up with some part of the design not "taking". Well, my trusty Cuttlebug to the rescue. Cut out the rub-on design and place it on a card front, a piece of cardstock or paper the right size to go through the machine. Place an unopened A2 size embossing folder on top, place your second "[B]" plate on top of this and run through as if you are embossing. If you wish, you can even emboss at the same time. Just place the card front or whatever you are working with inside the folder and run through. Works like a charm. No more little pieces missing from the design. If any questions you may e-mail me and I will explain further. To all- a great day!

I consider myself "rub on challenged" so I can't wait to try this...thanks for sharing!

Wow - great idea - I have always stayed away from rub ons my self. I'll give this a try. TFS

Never thought about running my rub-ons through a cuttlebug...I'll have to try it with my bigkick for my larger rub-ons...And I just got some really cool glitz girlz rub-ons, definitely going to have to try this.

Thanks for the great tip!
