Starting tomorrow, the CB will be 50% off at Michaels...no coupon needed...so is cricut and all accessories...
Before you invest in another machine, contact Provocraft and tell them it went ping. They may be able to replace you machine for little to nothing. It's worth a try.
I emailed Provocraft & got an instant answer "Send yours back to the following address & we'll replace it free of charge" - let me tell you how excited I was. I still had the box but could not put my hands on the receipt as the website indicated - they didn't even bat an eyelash. Off to the post office & $12 later (Pre the most recent price increase of course) my new bug arrived about 2 weeks later on a Saturday afternoon via Fed Ex!
Now I have to say - That's service! - which these days is VERY difficult to find!

Yes, Provocraft has great customer service. I needed some printed paper that was no longer in the stores for a class I was going to teach and wrote to the company and they said yes they had it, had to order 25 sheets which was fine and I had it in plenty of time.
Cheapest Cuttlebug? Just broke mine
