Canadian source for Bind-It-All?

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck finding a Canadian source for the Bind-It-All. I've looked in all the places I normally shop online but no one carries it. I'd rather not order from the US as I don't want to pay duty on it plus shipping would be quicker within the country. So, if you've had luck finding it can you share your source? Thanks!
