The only thing I can think of (because I no longer order from SU! so I do not know the latest info) is that at one time , they changed Bliss Blue to Bashful Blue. Could that be the problem? Maybe you still have some of the "old" batch?
Yes. This has been a problem ever since they added Bashful Blue to their color collection and got rid of Bliss Blue. A lot of people complained to SU. I even talked to my SAM about it at the time and they decided not to change it. They said that the ink just had to coordinate with the cardstock and not be a perfect match.

This is true for me too. Its much darker and has a purple tint to it than the cardstock. I still use the ink all the time. I just don't do tone-on-tone with the cardstock.
THe craft inks for the Soft Subtles are very accurate. There must be something about the saturation in the dye inks not being able to get those lighter colors just right. I love the craft inks for the lighter colors.
