Don't order from them. They sent me the wrong punch and I can not get them to pay for the postage to return it. I figure it was their mistake and should send me the correct one and pay to return the wrong one like most companies do. You go weeks before they respond to your emails and I have no phone number for them. I ordered in January and waited months to then get the wrong punch. Buyers beware.

I ordered 3 punches - got two about a month after I ordered and still waiting on the 3rd which was backordered. I too had trouble getting them to respond to my email inquires and when I called all I got was an answering machine without the ability to leave a message.

I was in the process of disputing the charges with my credit card provider when I finally received part of my order.

I would not order from them again.
