Default template
Recently I downloaded and printed a template for a favor box. I would like to make the boxes , however, I cannot figure out how to fold it and I can't find where I got the origional template. The template says "wedding favor box template by Wendy Weixler". I would like the instructions for assembly if any one can help, I would appreciate it.
