Default sunburst template (or overlay) and printable

You know those lovely sunburst cards? Well, I kept wanting to make one, but my lazy bones kicked in. Then I thought 'Why not make a template for the pieces to make it easier. So, here it is...

...a template to make sunbursts for square cards or A2 size cards (I left room for a little trimming). It's so easy to use digital papers to fill the sunburst with pattern and print it out just once. Or you could use it to trace your patterned paper scraps and make a non-digital card (just put the template on a light box or window, lay your paper over it & trace the lines with pencil).

These files are PNGs so you can use them as overlays to drag and drop onto digital papers or fill in the sections one at a time (they have a transparent background).

Attached here:

1. printable square sunburst (the coloured one above).
2. printable A2 sized sunburst
3. square black overlay or sunburst template (6x6" on a standard 8.5 x 11" canvas)
4. A2 sized black overlay overlay or template
5. square white overlay or sunburst template (6x6" on a standard 8.5 x 11" canvas)

WEIRDNESS: The last white overlay shows up as an invisible thumbnail (since it is white & clear). So, if you have trouble downloading it, you can find them here on my blog: Mel Stampz: The Sweetest Day! (a new stamp artist, a give away & sunburst freebies)

Hope you can have some fun with these!

Happy Crafting,
Mel

Very cool! Thank you so much for sharing these! I have a Cricut, and SCAL 2 still works on mine, so I will be trying this out. Even if it doesn't work on my Cricut, I can hand-cut the pieces. Thanks again!
