Project sheet with instructions

I had gotten a cheat sheet here long ago and want to find another copy! It was an 8.5x11 sheet with directions for many items such as notebooks, 2-4-6-8 box, a small box and lid, etc. Does that sound familiar to anyone and they may know where IO could find it once again??

I looked but no, it was on one page, was 2 colums, and had the dimensions and instuctions for about 5 or 6 projects with a little picture right on it. Like I said, I found it a long time ago and kept it in a page protector pinned above my stamp table. I remember for sure it had a small box with lid, the 2468 and how to cover a mini notebook. If I end up tracking it down somewhere I will post it.
