Default Baby Buggy

I was wondering if there was a Template out there of a Baby Buggy that you could maybe put candy in it for a Baby Shower...I would appreciate any help...Thanks...

Here is a pic from SCS gallery. It looks pretty simple: scallop circle, some strips and band at the bottom to bind it all:

If this looks like it might be a little hard figure out; I can try it and give you more percised measurements.
