Talking What is this card called?

A friend taught me how to make this card but we don't know the name of it. Perhaps one of you ladies can help?

When you gently pull the ends apart, the inside part pops up.

I think it is a flip up card? I made one of these years ago.

Default Pop-Up Message Card

From what I know, it is called a pop-up message card. I got the directions off this site. Went to resources, and did a searchfor pop-up. I wish I remember who was the originator of the directions.
