"TMarie's" Post it Note Holder Template
Hello...
I�m looking for the template that �Tmarie� used to make her super cute post it note holder. (open link)

Yesterday, I sent her an e-mail requesting the template as she noted in the description as well as a pm and have yet to hear back from her. I�m helping out with a baby shower that�s tomorrow and thought these would be cute little giveaways so I�m getting kind of anxious.
So, if anyone can help me out with this I would really appreciate it.

Do you just use glue to stick the post it note or does something else work better?
