SU Paper Popper

I was browsing eBay and came across something called a paper popped. The way it was described confused the heck out of me and piqued my curiosity. I don't get it. Plus I'm not creative so I couldn't even guess.

You use the paper popper to get the circles of paper out of the Anywhere hole punch that is used for punching holes for eyelets. It "pops" all those little circles right out.
