Default Stamping image question - using 2 stamps

Good day my crafting friends!
I have a question, I just bought a fence stamp and also a cat stamp. I would like to place the cat in front of the fence, how does one do this? Is there a tutorial somewhere someone can link me to? or a how to? I plan on coloring both with copics or something..undecided. How do you stamp one image on top of the other without showing?

I'm quite lost with two stamps...ack! it looked easier on a made card...

Thank you in advance for any help you can give!!

Masking was the first stamping technique that made me squee with excitement! It still gives me a little flutter of excitment when I peel the mask away and "magically" have my images layered!

The key things to remember are to stamp the foreground image first and to cut the mask from thin paper just to the inside edge of the stamped line (you'll get a "halo" of white space round the image if the mask is thick or cut just a shade to the outside of the line).

Have fun!
