Glass Ball Ornaments Tutorial...SU! demo needed

I found a post on Pinterest today that showed a box of four glass ball ornaments. Each ornament was decorated to represent a Snowman, Santa, The Grinch and Rudolph and was found on stampin connection.

Can any demo here please go to stampin connection and find out how the demo created those ornaments?

They look like they're glittered on the inside and then punches or cut out shapes glued to the outside. I think they glittered the punches/cut outs as well. Its easy to glitter the inside of the ornament. I've used future floor polish to coat the inside, let the excess run out, then pour in the glitter, swirl around to coat, dump out excess. They look really pretty plain too. You could probably also use some watered down white glue or mod podge for an adhesive too.
