Question Polyshrink

Does anyone have any experience stamping on polyshrink? If so, could you please explain the technique and possible different projects??!! I've seen some beautiful things like earrings & other jewelry, but I'm not sure where to start!!

Default polyshrink

Use Staz-On. that is important. As far as projects, I only use them on my cards, really...and then not too often. They are simple to use though.

Default Other things work too

You can use dye pads if you let them dry for a few hours. If you are up for a challenge, you can stamp with pigment ink, use chopsticks (or something else) to keep the plastic flat as it shrinks and then emboss your design. Sharpees and colored pencils are great to color with.

I use mine to make buttons/charms that I can't find at the store or if it's 2 AM and I've just gotta have something.

I use prismacolor pencils, they are the best for polyshrink - IMO. Use an image that need to be colored in and use these pencils - OHHHHH it's so pretty. The colors are so vibrant. I also use brilliance pads when I stamp something that doesn't have to be colored. You have to let it dry overnight, but the colors look good and it doesn't seem to take them as long to dry. Hope this helps.
