Default New tutorial on making a spider web spooky

I did a tutorial on highlighting embossing on dark paper. It is a fun way to make a spicerweb really pop off the page. Please take a look and let me know what you think. wwwdiecutlady.typepad.com
Thanks for looking I hope you try it your self.

That is AWESOME! VERY VERY cute!

It looks like it was done with a dry embossing technique or am I looking at it wrong?

It is a cuttlebug embossing folder. Yes, dry embossing and then she wiped the white ink pad across the raised parts.

that's the same technique that popped into my mind when i got my spider web folder GMTA? lol Love the white ink on black cs. I also tried dry embossing then rubbed versamark over the raised image and brushed on silver perfect pearls ( a c moore by ranger) everyone liked that look but I prefered the more muted white ink, seemed "spookier" to me. I also dry embossed the web onto white cardstock and used a silver inkpad

Die cut lady where did you get your ribbon holder that you have on the wall? I would love to get one.

Thanks,
