Question ISO: magazine file holder

I think it is done with the Scorpal. You make a holder for cards that looks like a magazine file holder. I tried to copy a pic here but it wouldn't let me. I found a large version on Staples.com by searching file holder. First two is what I'm looking for but a miniature version for cards.
