yes, use a piece of CS, or if it's not enough something thicker - like card board from cereal box.

Is it an actual folder or is it something like the Spellbinders Impressabilties (https://spellbinderspaperarts.com/pr...abilities.aspx) ?
If it is those, they were the subject of a Product Focus a while back when they first came out, and one of the reviewers gives the sandwich that worked best for her.
