Default doing multiple color stamping

I am doing a card with multiple colours and am having difficulties moistening just before applying. I only know of breathing on the stamp prior to applying in order to moisten. Is there another technique that will work, lightly spraying?

You can lightly mist, but that will give you a watercolour type image, not a clearly defined one.If you are still having problems, try posting this question in the Stamping Stuff section, I'm sure someone will have a good answer for you.

Depending on the paper you are using, you can try very lightly misting the paper. But that, too, gives a slight watercolour effect. What I sometimes do is ink the stamp one colour at a time, using a stamp positioner to make sure that I'm stamping it in exactly the right place each time. Unless you have very juicy markers that can sometimes be more successful than huffing on the stamp after inking with several different colours.

i think water colors if applied properly would give a good look.
