Default Cuttlebug and Stampin Up Big Shot Texturz Backgrounds

Hi,

I bought some Big Shot Texturz Backgrounds on ebay and am having problems using them with my Cuttlebug. I recently purchased the Cuttlebug on Splitcoast and am pretty new to it. Any help would be appreciated. Do they even work with the Cuttlebug?

Thank you,
Missy

They are tough to get through, but they do work. I use the following sandwich to use them.

Plate A- Texturz Silicone Rubber (pg194 SU catalog)-paper-textur background with the side you want toward the paper-Texturz Impressions pad (pg 194 SU catalog)

Again, it's a tough crank but it will go through.
They mentioned spritzing the paper with water to get a deeper impression at Convention. I haven't tried this yet so I'm not sure how well it works.

Good Luck
Amy

If you don't have the Rubber pad, try a sheet of fun foam.

Do you have to use the Sizzix pads? I have the silicone embossing pads from Spellbinders......

I played around again and found I have to use 2 of the silicone embossing pads from Spellbinders and it worked.
