I've made some tile coasters using this method, too. The picture you showed on ebay appears to be a very large background stamp that is 4-1/2" x 4-1/2".
Personally, I've had a lot of trouble with large stamps like that, getting the image to stamp clearly, with no blank spots. And that was stamping on paper!
It is lovely, and has lots of detail, but I myself wouldn't attempt to use it on a tile. Stamping on tile is a little tricky, and it's easy for the stamp to "slide" a little on the slick surface of the tile when you stamp. I know I would get frustrated trying to get all the details to stamp cleanly.
And if you got it stamped, it would sure take a steady hand to color it properly, too.
Most of the handstamped tiles I have done or seen others make used a pretty simple smaller design and didn't cover the whole tile.
