Smile Can someone explain bleaching to me?

I'm totally new to stamping & have seen the cards made with the bleaching technique, but I can't find a tutorial on how this is done. Anyone care to explain it to me or head me in the right direction on the site?

TIA!
Debbie

It strikes me as funny that I am giving anyone advice about how to find anything -- I am having a lot of fun stumbling around on this website ! But this is what you should do --
go into Search on the blue and then go into advanced search. Type in bleach as the keyword, then have it check in Techniques.
Hope this helps ! If it does, you are going to be set!
I am learning a lot about computers and a lot about stamping from this site! .

Cathy H is right. Use the search box in the techniques forum and you'll find lots of info. Basically, bleach can be used two ways.
1) with a rubber stamp - you make a pad from paper towels and stamp the bleach onto colored cardstock. Results depend a lot on how long you hold the stamp on the paper.

2) bleach can be used with a brush or aqua-painter to lighten areas of a previously stamped image.
