Default buckle Card

I thought I saw the direction for the buckle card but can't seem to relocate them. Can anyone help me out? I would like to demo. this card soon. I have the general idea from the cards on Kim Wilson's gallery but don't know the dimensions.

Beverlee, these instructions were SO WELL DONE! I saw it the night Kim posted it, took my computer downstairs and made some of my own with absolutely no problem. If you knew me you'd know how amazing that is...I generally need to have more than just written words to "see" something. Enjoy!!
