Default advent calendars

I am looking for a tutorial to make advent calendars. I would like ones with little boxes to hold treats. I purchased the SU numbers and tiny christmas stamps and now I need to put them to use. Anyone know of any good tutorials?

You can always check on Pinterest for fun ideas. But what about stamping onto small bags instead of boxes? You can find them inexpensively online. I know that State Line Bag Company | Genuine Cotton & Vintage Bags has them.

This one is really cute: Qbee's Quest: Inch Box Advent Calendar Tutorial

I also made one using the KaiserCraft premade boxes, the one with 25 box drawers and a wooden frame to hold them. So smart of you to start now. The one that I made last year did not get finished until about half way into December! yikes!

Thanks for the good ideas and links! Somehow when you are searching for these things yourself, they are pretty elusive.

I reaaly like the matchbox version.
I wish I could find a cheap supplier for the wooden or Karen Foster ones. I would like to make these to sell, but it is not worth it at full retail cost.
Hmmm.. maybe I need to develop one. Next year maybe.

I did this last year - it took a while because each box had a different design. You could do it much more quickly by just stamping or die cutting numbers and using those, and relying on fun printed paper for your color. I like the size of box that you get with this die because you can actually put a treat in.
