I'm on a 3D paper flower kick lately - there are so many great tutorials on people's blogs! I thought it would be helpful to have a thread devoted to links to these tutorials... So, let's make this an ongoing collection/resource of links! If you find a 3D flower tutorial, please post the link here.
Here are links to some flower tutorials I've come across.
I am too Kim. They have become my signature piece I guess. I am in no way apt enough to post a tute on them, but I alter a lot of the ideas I get here or try to make them from pics. Anna Ferrer has beautiful flowers but no tutes for them, so that has been my mission lately...to reproduce them.
I will try to get some pics of them on SCS and then try to give the steps to how I did them.
Thanks for the thread! I am subbing!

Felisa, I'm in the UK so my source probably isn't much use to you but all I did was search for florist crepe on eBay and then check the description to see what it said about the weight/thickness of it. It is heavier weight than regular crepe but I'm guessing you'd get a pretty good result even with the regular stuff.
You could try contacting Terri through her blog and see if she can point you at the exact source she used.
Thank you for the great links! When you've made your flowers for a card or tag, what kind of envelope do you send it out in so the flowers don't get crushed?
Does anyone have an idea how the 3-d flowers were made in the new SU Idea book on page 66. It looks like they were made with the flower fold die cut, but I can't quite make them out.
The product guide says they used both the flower folds die and the Island floral die. Acess the product recipes through main website, porducts, catalogs.
Hi everyone!!! It's been a while. Hope everyone is doing well! Here's another rose tutorial... similar to MariLynn's, but I thought it is different enough that it could be shared.
