Default What is the best set to use for poppin pastels?

I love poppin pastels, and I think it would be a great technique to demo at workshops, but most of my stamp sets are line-type stamps, where you colour them in. I would think the more solid stamps would work better with poppin pastels. What is your favourite set to use with this technique?

You are right, the solid images do better. I am a fairly new demo so I don't have near the stamps that most people here have. But, my favorite set to use is the "Wee Watercolors" hostess set because I can stamp and chalk the roses, then stamp and chalk the stems or leaves and the color stays where you put it better.

Everyone would say Lovely as a Tree, I'm sure -- it's one of those that most people have used or seen used at least once for poppin' pastels!

I just recently bought Stippled Rose to use at a demo with people who has already done Lovely as a Tree. That came out SO good with the pastels.

I used the Simply Sweet set this weekend at a party using the Poppin Pastels with the Chair stamp. Although this isn't a solid stamp it did look great on the fathers day card we made. You can do the same with the dresses as well. Everyone seemed to love this card.

I demo Stippled Rose and ALWAYS sell at least 2 sets of pastels at each (small) workshop! ~Lois
