Default "stamp misting" technique

Valerie shared a card in the gallery yesterday showcasing a stamp misting technique. Anybody know how that's done? I done a forum search but didn't come up with it. Thanks!

Never mind! I got the answer from the creator of the card herself. She's so kind!

The only stamp misting I know of is if you are watercoloring or wanting to give a watercolor effect to the image you are stamping.

For me.. I color my stamp with my watercolor crayons, mist and then stamp. so to me.. that's stamp misting. I am not sure what Valerie was up to.. hmmm..

I do "misting" by inking up the stamp with pad or markers. Mist the image with a spritz of water and then stamp.
