Okay where do you get the cardboard to make these?
Or is it just cardstock on th back and around them?
Thanks!

Default Directions

I have only ever just used cardstock.

For a standard sized post-it-note (3x3), take one piece of cs 3 1/4 x 8 1/2 and decorate it. Score at 3 1/8, 3 1/2, 6 5/8 and 7 inches. You can either use the shorter flap on the bottom or the top. If you use it on the top, you can have something hang down over as decoration. This sample uses the larger piece on the top.

I usually use cereal boxes or along the same line. I don't cook very often only because it's just my dogs and me and its so hot here in Sac. right about now, so I find myself eating cereal for dinner a lot. So, I have plenty of cardboard on hand most of the time. HTH! ;)

I just used regular cs and they worked out great, the cardboard would be stiffer but with cs you get more choices in color with less work.

Here ya go! I love this project. I made these two for friends of my son. The post-it notes are in the shape of the first letter of their first names. I snagged them at Big Lots for $.99 each.

Have fun!
