Planner/Organizer themes

Can you help me come up with some themes for the planners/organizers made from a pocket folder? We're going to be making these at thanksgiving and I wanted more uses for them than the three I've come up with.

In response to the chipboard folders.....I have recently done an organizer that is labeled "Life Organized". It holds stamps, menus, recipes, bills, etc. Also has clear page protectors and ones that hold business cards. It turned out great!! Got the idea from Arhiver's.
