Envelope Mini Album

How do you make the mini album from Envelopes? How are they bound together? Is there a tutorial for it? Been a while since I've been on here and I can't seem to find anything! I saw a great mini (very pretty) in the mini album section, and it was from envelopes but I can't recall who did it. It was for her sister and it was for Valentine's Day...
