Christmas Mini Composition Book?

I thought I saw instructions for a mini composition book that was designed to track christmas shopping/gifts....but I can't find the information now.

I couldn't find the mini composition books but now that I have located them at Wal-mart, I can't find the instructions....

Help please....

Does anyone have a source for the mini pens? I have purchased all that my local Staples,Target and Walmart had in stock and they all looked at me funny when I asked about them.... Staples does carry some gel ones in dozen boxes but the colors are funny.
