Here's Mine finally!! I've must of spent most of the day fiquring out the new scanner. Whew! I think I got it. I hope you all like it.
To be fair, I tried this again. I know the first time that you try something, it sometimes seems more complicated than it really is. I used a layout that was pretty simple, so it wasn't really that difficult. Here's my block prints. I combined it with the color challenge 47. Took a long time to get it approved, but it finally is.
I have a question: I haven't posted anything before. I just uploaded a card that I created tonight in my gallery-- it says it is pending approval. Does this happen with everything that you upload?
I had also created a treatbag that matched my card, but I haven't uploaded yet because I wasn't sure if I was doing this right-- heeeelp!

Here's my first TLC! Seems to have been a popular one this week. This involved a lot of measuring and cutting for me. I guess I was getting too anal about it.

Yes, everything goes through an approval process. Sometimes things are approved almost as fast as they are uploaded, but other times, you may wait several hours (or even a day - Sunday is considered a no-upload day). Those who approve the uploads also have families and other obligations.
If you are in pending status, you probably did things right. And you get notified by email when your card is approved. HTH
Location: Those are my kids above! My son is holding the baby....

Here's mine...not sure if I like it - took too long and didn't turn out the way I wanted. Might give it another shot sometime. Thanks for the challenge, though!
Thank you thank you thank you... I was thinking that maybe I was supposed to do something here. Silly me. (I am so used to having to approve things at work-- I am thinking I need to approve things here! lol)

That would be Dear Husband. Of course depending on your mood & relationship with said person, the 'D' word could mean something else! Check out the link on the home page regarding acronyms.
You've created a monster!!!! I am addicted to these challenges so I had to go back and do the one I missed this week. Here is mine. It's still pending.
OK, first time submitting artwork for the challenges! I LOVE this area of the web site and get sooo much inspiration from all of you! I just started exploring the forums recently and have this section now bookmarked and will visit OFTEN! Hopefully baby will give me enough free time to stamp for the challenges every week!
This card sample I had done a while back using the old colors but I wrote in the new colors in the description. ENJOY! Gallery at Splitcoaststampers

Great challenge! I was just browsing around for some ideas for a birthday card for my sister-in-law. This challenge was perfect! Here's the link to my card!
I just couldn't quite cope with the regularness of this card, hence the ribbon!
oooh great challenge thank you - I got a 5x7 blocking template last year and have only made one (rather poor) card with it - this is just the motivation I need to dig it out again! (will probably be next week now though)
My color blocked card.......whew......it was a challenge at least for me. My 1st time. I did add a couple of faux cloisonne leaves I already had and used all scraps.....love it when I can do that :-) Enjoy and thanks again Beth for another awesome challenge. Nancy
I have three sister-in-laws who have birthdays in Feburary. I made this card for the Colour Challenge and since the colours reminded me so much of the first card I made for this challenge, I ust made a similar one. I seem to be getting over my need to have things irregular - no ribbon for this card!
Here is my second card using the color block technique. I think that this is so much fun and challenging! So much different than what I do during the day! I hope that you enjoy it too! It reminds me that summer may come sometime! Here is the link: Gallery at Splitcoaststampers
