I'm back!!!!!!!!!!!! After many, many, many months of not participating in the challenges, I'm back and ready to play! I've got a scanner, so hopefully my cards with look just a little bit better. I know there's only so much I can do to improve the looks of my stamping! ;)

I went back and outlined the outer edge of the stamp and used my Stamp-a-ma-Jig to place it right over the Misted Flowers to set it off, then used 2-way glue and Dazzling Diamonds Glitter
Here's mine for this challenge but I used the watercolor crayons in place of markers. Did I cheat? I didn't even think of markers until I finished and came back to the thread and looked at the directions. I just saw misting yesterday and suddenly thought of crayons.
I played with this technique all day Sunday. Here is one I did Sunday and I am going to make some more after dinner. It was a really fun technique to experiment with. Thanks, Laura

I like how they turned out, #2, i didn't think it looked much differently, then i stamped the same image, no water, on the paper and noticed it looked alot different. Fun technique!! Thanks!

Here's my first attempt at the misting technique. I like the card overall, bu it didn't turn out quite as "misty" as I thought it would. I don't have any of the markers, so I carefully applied ink directly to the stamp, then lightly misted twice. Any hints/suggestions? Thanks!

OK......it is such a yucky, rainy, super windy day, that I had to keep creating. I think my next card will be yellow and pink and blue to perk me up!! LOL!! Here's one more for this technique...it really doesn't show that well. I did with my ink pads instead of markers so maybe that's it.
I finally got the hang of this technique. It took lots of tries for me. Oh well.
Here's my calendar bookmark. One of the ladies that has commented put in a link to where to get it. Thanks, LeeAnn!
The card needs a greeting / sentiment added to the bottom but I don't currently own anything that looks right so I am going to take it along to table time at my local stamp shop next week and see if they have something suitable.
I finally got a chance to play this week -- here's my Misty Prints. I love this technique! Please pardon the shadowy photo -- I'm still trying to figure out some lighting!
This one was a double challenge card. The Print Pattern was stamped off once, misted and then stamped on the Blush Blossom cardstock for a softer look.
Due to a nasty stomach bug that hit our house this week, I'm late getting to this challenge. I was looking at posts last night at work and knew I had to try this today. I LOVE this technique and can't wait to try it again. Thanks for a great challenge Beth!
