Welcome to Teapot Tuesday and Challenge #60
42,000 lbs. of Fish with our Tea!!
This is my story!
1. Wait until you hear the deal I was able to get for us this week! We are going to Peggy's Cove in Nova Scotia! Yep, you heard that right! Isn't that the coolest? Ever since I met my friend Joanne (jojot) I have always wanted to go there because its one of her favorite places to visit. She's been there twice! Hey, she can be our quide!!
2. That's the good news! Now let me tell you about the...well, the other news! It's a busy tourist area and really hard to find a place to stay for so many people! But no worries, I struck a bargain with the Lighthouse People! We getta stay in the Light House! Right close to the ocean! Wonderful views, awesome sunsets, fresh ocean air, sounds of the ocean to sleep by! The only draw back is we can never turn the lights off so you guys will have to sleep with the lights on! Will that be a problem? Something about ships having to see the building! Oh, and there's just one more small thing, we have to do a little commercial fishing! We only have to catch 42,000 pounds of, um, well I can't remember what that dude called them, but I figure as long as whatever we catch is slimy and in the nets, we're good!!
3. Do any of you know how to fish? We all should try to watch a couple of episodes of The Deadliest Catch on the Discovery Channel before we come!! That oughta be good enough training! But here's my thought, just in case, everybody bring fish! Any kind! Worse case scenario, we will just fill up the nets with our fish and we're good! Oh, and you might wanna bring a fisherman looking raincoat, some shinny black boots, maybe even an extra boat, or lighthouse! You think we need rope? Actually, its quite an adventure, just bring what you think we need. The priority is fish though, any kind, just in case it's kinda hard to fish! Snort!!

HI CINDY! Did you know that Jason works at a NYS FISH HATCHERY! I am sure he will have plenty of tips for us about what fish we will need to catch to pay our keep! LOVE LOVE that lighthousepot! And your card is PERFECT! And I'll bring some Chips Ahoy, hee!

Oh! what a bummer! I don't get to play till friday or so.. we are up and out of town for a couple of days...
when I get back~~~~~~~ I hope there aren't to many fish pileing up that I won't be able to find the party...

I need to get creating. But I just had to read some of these stories first.
Peggy's Cove is a favorite. And I should have plenty of experience with the fishing, since DH and his buddies go out several times a week. I just need to figure out what to commemorate!
