It's the last Tuesday of the month so that means it's time for our Teapot Tuesday Tickle Challenge
This week's challenge is brought to you by guest hostess: mcschmidty / Shelly
CHALLENGE:
We are in a time of increased restrictions again in the US with this pandemic, and I know it has affected other countries too.
I am working on a Hopeful attitude, so I am optimistic that in 60 days, when the Spring season arrives we can find JOY in the outdoors (I live in the snow covered, chilly Midwest).
So, lets be hopeful and create our cards thinking about what we look forward to with the changing seasons!
SEND CARDS TO: This week our destination is each other! Once a month, we send our cards to each other!
Check out THIS NEW THREADin the TEApot Tuesday Extras Forum. If you are participating in the card exchange please go to this thread and follow the instructions. Make sure to sign up by bedtime on Saturday 29th Jan 2022. Your destination recipient will be PM'd to you.
Be sure to you use KEYWORD MMTPT705 in your upload and post a comment here so we can all see your card!
Do you know someone that could use some well wishes, encouragement or all around warm fuzzies? Consider nominating them as a guest of honor (a.k.a. destination station) for an upcoming tea party. Send your request to jenifrann via PM or e-mail [email protected]. Include SCS Teaparty Request in the subject line.
Thanks for the encouraging challenge Shelly. This is my second year in the not-snow-covered sorta Midwest, and I intensely dislike the neverending dreariness, so it was nice to turn attention to pretty flowers. Here's my card.

Here's my card represented my hopefulness of getting our two Siberian Husky pups trained to do their business outside! It's a struggle with this extreme cold we are having and their little pink paws!
I will be along tomorrow...wasn't foresighted enough to email myself my card on Sunday, and haven't yet made it upstairs to the PC.
I laughed when I saw Shelly's card because I too used a neutral background and a pop of yellow. I totally identify with Sandy's comment about dreariness... that's an Irish winter for sure. No colour.

I always find hope in cultivating something - plant a seed or bulb and hope for renewal with a pretty flower or lush green Plant. Last year I spent 2 weeks going up and down a ladder to prune my tree - I HOPED that would take care of it for a few years but it looks like I will have to get my saw and ladder out again this spring as the branches are back to "whack me in the face level . . "
I hope it's okay ... I made another card for this challenge. One of my favorite things to do in the nice warm weather is to sit on the porch with my sister in law and drink coffee. I miss it a lot so I made her a card. I thought it fit because it is something I am looking forward to. Enjoy!!! Having Coffee
