Default NEW Pinwheel Parade Dies + VIDEO

I made a short video to share our new Pinwheel Parade dies! With one quick cut and a brad you can add a sweet three dimensional flair to your cards and decor projects.

Here's the party ensemble I made using the pinwheels and other new TE products from the TE Store.

Not just for decor... Here's a sweet card from Melissa Sauls ~

And one from the fabulous Karen Giron ~

Plus another cute table decoration by Melody Rupple ~

Hope you enjoyed our tutorial on 3D Pinwheel Parade dies!

LOVE all of your adorable creations!! The double-sided patterned paper is beautiful and has almost a vintage feel. Can you share where to find this patterned paper? I've gotta get me that pinwheel die!! Thanks so much for sharing this video and all these ideas.

Hi Ginger! Isn't that patterned paper awesome! I'm loving it!

We offer a Project Pantry kit that includes the patterned paper, matching cardstock, and coordinating ribbon. You can find it here: 4th of July Project Pantry - Basic Recipe

The patterned paper is from the Pebbles Let Freedom Ring collection.

Hope that helps!

Okay, got my pinwheel die and my patterned paper...having fun making cute patriotic pinwheels! One question: how do you suggest attaching the pinwheels to a stick, skewer or straw? Will they spin?

I didn't use the pinwheel die - made my own pattern. I needed to glue the center pieces together, then punched a hole and attached the pinwheel to the pencil with a pushpin. Works great that way.

I'm sure I could rig something up to make them spin on a skewer, but I haven't tried it out myself yet. If you click on the video link above you can see how I attached them to the skewers... by bending the brad 'arms' around the skewer. It doesn't spin that way, but it does work well for attaching them to the skewer!

Hope that helps!
