Welcome to the Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps Love Fest Challenge. We are thrilled to be a part of this fun event at Splicoaststampers and invite you to play along in our "Love Inspired" Color Challenge.
CHALLENGE : Use the colors from this fun graphic to create your card or project...and be sure to include the special ingredient---LOVE.
You'll have until Monday, March 3rd at noon Central to share your challenge entries. Each of our Member Companies will have a prize to award, and at the end of the event, we'll have great prizes to award to 10 of our fabulous Challenge Queens who have completed all 11 event challenges. Cool, huh?
Upload your creations (they don't have to be cards!) to your Member Gallery and use today's keyword to play along.
UPLOADING INSTRUCTIONS: 1. All LOVEFEST entries must be uploaded with the specific challenge keyword, no later than March 3, 2014 at 12:00 Noon Central Time to be eligible for our fabulous prizes! Post a link to your entry in this thread. 2. You may not combine LoveFest challenges, but you are welcome to combine LoveFest cards with our daily challenges, or create multiple cards for each challenge! 3. Please remember to put in the correct keyword when uploading your image. Copying and pasting the challenge keyword is recommended to avoid typos.

I'd love to see your bunny card but for some reason SCS doesn't like me today. It says for some reason I can't view this image, that maybe I'm not logged in or not a fan club member but I am both so I am confused.
Chris, it may be because it's still in the staging gallery for the event, I'll see if I can change the category or get someone to do it, thanks for letting me know!

I just edited to change it to my member gallery, so lets see what happens!
I can see it in your gallery, but it takes a while for keywords to pick up the change! Since clicking on the keyword in your card takes me to the gallery, it should show up there soon! Such a cute bunny.

For today's Love Challenge from Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps- I used the cute Springtime Cocoa stamp set- and added a felt/button embellie, and a double button/twine combo from my stamping buddy Audrie. Put some roses from a recycled Lush Cosmetics gift card holder, and an SU red polka dot scalloped trim. Finished with a double bow combo. Here's LOVEFEST2014F Little Something for Audrie

I had fun making this card- love the combination of pink, white, tan and red! I made a multilayered oval dc background, using solid colors and Graphic 45's Moment in Time dp. Added some punched hearts, and a modern label for my sentiment. I accented the flower centers with adhesive pearls, and added a double button for texture. Finished with a double ribbon border. This is my second card for the LOVEFEST 2014 Challenge hosted by Sweet 'n Sassy Stamps - Color Challenge. Thank you, Korin. I think my second card is a little more in keeping with the color challenge today. ;)
Who stole my SNSS packages? Okay...this isn't funny anymore...seriously...I can't find my stamps...and I know I have 2 sets...hmmm...anyone willing to confess?

Then I made the card...and realized I was suppose to use white...not cream...oh well...it is a challenge...and following directions is a challenge to me most days!

Loved the contrast of the tan and pink- went with Sweet and Sassy's Purrfect Friend set- and did a simple oval double frame. Added a row of dc hearts, and a gingham ribbon/brad. Here's LOVEFEST2014F We're Friends Fur-ever

In my mind I need to redo this challenge since I used cream rather than white. I realize I have expectations of others to follow the rules and I need to remember to apply it to all areas of my life too...
SO...this morning...red, pink, brown, WHITE...not colors I would put together but as I tell my kids...sometimes I don't get to make the rules but if I want to be part of the winning then I must follow the directions!
I'll see what I can create correctly this time...
