LOL, well can I answer everyday? I don't have a set frequency but I would say that I shop weekly and usually find some sort of goodies I want whether it is in the store and/or online. I just can't help myself. Sometimes I will put myself on a restriction and won't let myself purchase for a set time but that is typically because I have been "naughty". Hee hee!

I add to my Wishlist all the time. But I only spend when it's an awesome sale. At least 40-50% off.

I shop 2 or 3 times a month. It kind of depends on if I come across a sale - because I usually can't resist!

I try to only purchase paper crafting supplies twice a month but...sometimes I just can't help myself!!! I add to my wishlist daily as I am perusing the blogs of all the very talented paper crafters out there!!!
