Hi there - there is no post requirement for group membership To join a group simply click "Join a Group" on the left hand menu and choose the group you'd like to join.
The number of posts you have just determines your user title. You can always be a totally silent observer! We welcome observers!

Nah, just keep posting, be sure to explore as many groups/threads as possible. I find the best way to "to get into the discussion/group" is to ask a question, maybe lots of questions, and respond to others questions as well. Hang in there. And welcome to SCS! It's a fun place!

I just uploaded cards for the first time and I too wondered how they knew I was a cardstock collector. Has anyone who uploaded a card edited it after it was uploaded? I did to correct some clumsy keyboarding and now the card has disappeared from the site. I wondered if the editing triggered another approval process? I tried to email a question but can't get that to work at the moment. Obviously I'm still trying to learn all the ropes here. Thanks for the explanation but what is a "sticky"
A sticky is just a post that stays at the top of a forum for reference.

Welcome, Patty!
Some of our group have a limit of having "so many" posts before joining. This simply protects from 'spambots'. Post a few comments within the gallery or the forums, if the groups you care to join have such a limit.
Generally, if you wish to join the Swaps Forum, just go to the left-side column, click "join a group", and you'll find the Swaps group listed there, as well as the SU Demo Group. For SU Demos, you will need to go through an approval process.

I just noticed I went from Polyshrink Goddess to Insane Embellisher...but I don't think I ever touched Polyshrink during that whole time! I feel guilty...I am ashamed...I did not live up to my title...I shall do better! It's now time to run wild and free with my embellishments!!!
