I love all the names that I now know what they mean- but now could someone tell me how to put a cute little pic up??? I love them!

That is really strange...when I comment on someones card in the gallery, my name doesn't change like it did when I posted in the forum...doesn't make sense...

I'm so glad you explained what that meant. What's funny is that I saw that under my name and wondered how you all knew I was a cardstock collector? LOL! I'm a cardstock, patterned paper, tool, ribbon, die cut, anything crafty collector! Do you have that rank?

LOL I was the same way! I couldn't figure out how they knew! hehe... I'm just learning my way around here and also trying to get my posts up so I can post links. My next endeavor is to upload photos of some cards I made for two challenges. Wish me luck!

Wooohoooo! This is my first ever post! YAY! So I'm hoping that I just went from nothing to Cardstock Collector, which I am! LOL! And I was actually looking around to find out how y'all get those cool little names under your screen name! Glad I found this post!
I am pretty new to this site and have just discovered the forums! Must say, I love all your cards that have been uploaded, and am now having such a hard time trying to decide what i am going to case first!

Thank you for this thread. I was trying to figure out why my friend had only 36 posts and I had 86 just from comment giving and she had a different name. I think it is because she had posted once in the forums. Is that right? Hi from Texas everyone!!
okay now this is super weird....on this thread my picture and my status show up correctly, but when i post in a gallery it shows my old pic and still calls me an inking addict....

I love the names...but..CAN I JUST BE A GLITTER QUEEN?
I have been a lurker for years now...I know, I know. SO, I finally signed up, and am starting to POST. I just love all the names..HOWEVER I want to remain a GLITTER QUEEN even if I post 5,000 times! LOL I love glitter, and there's actually a joke between myself, and all of my sisters about this. WE all search out or make cards that have glitter EVERY time there's a card needed. If we're in a rush, and have to BUY a card (I know, I know...tsk, tsk) we sometimes end up in the children's section just to locate a true glittery card. I LOVE the sparkle, heck even if it's in my hair ALL DAY LONG!! (Except when I'm working, since that's not exactly what a PI should look like, a GLITTER QUEEN! LOL) I do wish to thank every single person on this site, from the top to the bottom. Each of you all help more than just one person in some way or another everyday here. I know I'd personally be lost without SCS, from the friends made, the information gleaned, and GEEZ I cannot forget to mention the ideas! SO VERY HELPFUL, especially when I'm feeling idea challenged with creating a new card or project!! So, THANK YOU TO EVERYONE!!!!! The lurker in me has spoken now... YIPES! ~ Cheers to all~ Barbara
Welcome Barbara! It's nice that you're here. I'm Glitterbabe (Stef H) and I'm with you on the glitz & glitter. Have been all my life! However, you DO know you CAN remain a glitter queen ONLY after 20,000 posts! Every 250 posts it changes. If you need a list of what they are, you can do a search here on SCS - or you can PM (private message) me and I'll send it to you.

I've been lurking on Splitcoast since 2005 and only started posting a couple of months ago (maybe three). The only reason I started to post was I wanted to start doing challenges (good intentions, I've only done a few) and they indicated that you had to have so many posts). I was a Splitcoast leech and now I've been trying to give back by starting a gallery, joining swaps, sending RAKS, etc. I do appreciate all of the wonderful card ideas I've gotten from Splitcoast even though I don't always remember who to credit for "my" idea I will mention that my card is a case when I post. I've been working my way up on the post ranks and will continue to do so. I like getting comments on my cards so I think it's important to give comments.

Oh, OK I know, I have to hit this AMAZING number before I can get back to being a Glitter Queen, LOL! Honestly, I wasn't paying attention, and just saw my new name. OK, it is OK, since I emboss quite often with many of my projects. (grin) I've been searching for holiday ideas on the gallery (hence many posts there), and I've been working on the two Holiday Ideas threads as well posting, and compiling for everyone (including myself), that I didn't even THINK about my name changing. SHUCKS! 20,000 you said until I can pick my own name? Geez...I'm just going to laugh, and say I ONCE WAS A GLITTER QUEEN! Heck, at least the names are fun ones. 20,000 posts??? I'll be 80 by then! LOL..
