Jonna, I had to laugh when I read your thread. I've lost 7 clumps of brain cells. I'm gradually getting them back with my 8 grandchildren! Donna
PS I'm also a Cardstock Collector-joined last night. Welcome to you!!!
Got all that, now how do you get your picture under your name? I can't seem to find THOSE instructions....
For your own "avatar" (pic under your name):
1. Crop one of your pics to a maximum of 80 pixels X 80 pixels. The closer to an exact square, the more accurately it will appear.
2. Save that in jpeg format on your computer.
3. Click on you name at the top of this screen.
4. Left column - Click on 'Edit Avatar'.
5. Use the 'browse' from your own computer to upload your 80x80 pic.
6. Voila! Your avatar will now appear on all of your previous posts as well as your new posts.
HTH! Now get your photos cropped, sized, and uploaded!
Hi Red Deb! My husband probably wishes I were only a cardstock collector, too. I seem to find too many things to buy and too many hours to scrap. It is sooooo addicting! I LOVE IT!!!!! Donna (daffydonna)
This has nothing to do with your note but I had to tell you I love your screen name. If it makes you feel any better I haven't even been watching mine change so I am sure I have missed a few stages since I signed on a couple of weeks ago and have been so starved for some English companions that I have practically lived here in Cyberspace on SCS. LOL!
Hugs from Germany!

Don't understand why we need to post something for our name to change. hummmm
It all started when SCS was "young" and our membership was somewhere around 3,000 or 4,000. Some of us were very 'addicted' you might say ... and the idea was hatched that we earn different 'titles' according to how much we were staying on SCS. Thus, the titles were created!
I am working my way up, or should I say down the list. Just learned after one year that I could submit praises to these absolutely wonderful card makers. They should rule the world..just think how happy everyone in the world would be to have happy scrappy people in charge!!!!LOL
Location: well traveled thanks to the U.S. Navy, now retired to The Villages, FL
I have a lot of posts under my name now but initally it took me a LONG time to even notice the different names, let alone figure out what they are and why they change...lol! Never was the sharpest stamp on the shelf, I guess. But I LOVE SCS and now find myself posting to the forums at least as much as making comments. Either way, I love all the SCS names and even though some of the early posters to this thread thought that some of them only applied to demos (like Mad swapper and suggestions like Convention Cutie and such....) I think they apply to ALL stampers as I have been stamping for 10 years and joined many swaps before I was a demo (in fact, it's how I really started learning to be a better stamper) and I also was delighted to attend several retail stamp conventions during that time....don't get me wrong, I still go to the conventions! Both retail and SU versions, just wanted to put in my two cents worth that anyone can go to retail stamp conventions and everyone can swap, too! Jan
